The construction of a metro station near the new residential complex "Paunočny Bierah" will not begin in the coming years. We need to wait for technology to develop.
As reported by Minsk City Executive Committee Chairman Vladimir Kukharev, the local ground conditions simply do not allow for safe underground tunnel construction here.
— The ground in this part of the city is not suitable for metro construction. To ensure convenient transport logistics for residents of "Paunočny Bierah", electric transport will be provided to the metro station at Bangalore Square. And if new technologies emerge over time that allow for metro construction in this area, it is not excluded that the city authorities will revisit this topic, — said Kukharev.
