The underage motorcyclist did not have a driver's license for the vehicle, reported the traffic police department of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
On the night of June 22, a 17-year-old Alpha motorcycle driver, at the intersection of Olševskaja and Piotr Hliebka streets, according to preliminary information, turned left at a prohibitory traffic light signal.
As a result, he collided with an oncoming Chevrolet car. During the investigation, it was determined that the minor did not have the right to drive a vehicle.
The motorcyclist was taken to a medical facility for examination.
