Young moose wandered into Brest VIDEO

In Brest, residents noticed a young moose wandering around the courtyard of a residential building on Stafeyeva Street near a green area. A video of the unusual guest was published on social media.

Screenshot from the video

The footage shows the animal confusedly walking around the courtyard near building No. 31, not far from a kindergarten and a primary school.

Similar incidents occasionally occur in summer when young wild animals leave forest areas and enter populated areas in search of food, water, or simply losing their way. In such situations, experts advise not to approach the animal and to report its appearance to the relevant services.
