A meeting dedicated to the decree "On providing state support to sports clubs" was held at the National Olympic Committee. "I think we still need to approach, however difficult it may be, the topic of reviewing national teams. We have a situation with a not very large number of national teams where we consistently do not show and cannot show results. We sincerely accept and acknowledge this. There should be one indicator: is there a change or is there no change.
If there are no results and no hope whatsoever that they will ever appear, and there is no upcoming change, then this sport will be financed at most at the level of CYSS. She also emphasized that issues of providing state support and extending scholarships will be reviewed taking into account how well recipients fulfill their obligations.
