"Separately, Oleh Luhovskyi reported on the implementation of measures in Belarus, under clear Russian influence, for preparation for a potential expansion of aggression against Ukraine.

Along our state border in Belarus, the construction of road infrastructure and storage bases for ammunition and fuel and lubricants is being completed, which have no other purpose than military. These are the border areas of Kobryn — Kovel, Ivanava — Manevychi, Luninets — Sarny, Rechytsa — Korosten, and Homel — Chernihiv. We know that in Russian documents this is described precisely in the context of the tasks of the so-called "SMO" (Special Military Operation).

Belarus has received the necessary signals from Ukraine regarding such activities, as well as regarding all other formats of its collaboration with Russia in the interests of prolonging and escalating the war. Belarus knows what steps are needed on its part for peace.

The development of border aggression infrastructure from Belarus must be stopped. Steps aimed at de-escalation and peace must be taken precisely by the Belarusian side," Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote.
