In Bobruisk, a 73-year-old pensioner killed an 82-year-old after 25 years of friendship
The Investigative Committee reported details of the murder of an 82-year-old resident of Bobruisk, in which his 73-year-old acquaintance is accused. The crime occurred on February 10.

On that day, a 73-year-old pensioner went to the store for groceries and accidentally met his long-time friend, whom he had known for over 25 years. The older man invited him to his home to celebrate a recent birthday. On the way, the men bought alcohol and started a party in the apartment.
During the gathering, the pensioners recalled an old conflict. A quarrel arose between them, which escalated into a fight. According to the investigation materials, the guest grabbed a kitchen knife and inflicted numerous blows on the host. The body of the deceased was found three days later by his daughter.
The identity of the suspect was established thanks to surveillance camera recordings. During the investigation, an on-site verification of testimony and several investigative experiments were conducted.
The accused fully admitted guilt and gave detailed testimony. He had not been previously convicted, and relatives and neighbors characterized him positively.
Now a resident of Bobruisk will appear before the court on charges of murdering a known elderly person, committed with particular cruelty. He is in custody pending trial.
