Alexander Lukashenka, during talks with Moscow Oblast Governor Andrei Vorobyov, spoke about a meeting with representatives of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which allegedly took place with him.

"Zelenskyy's representatives were recently in this very place. I told them directly: 'Guys, you tell your president: if he thinks he can talk to us like this and still drag us into the war, then he must understand that the nature of the war will instantly change. This war will be completely different,' Lukashenka allegedly told the Ukrainians."
According to him, there was also a response to this:
"The president and they understand this. So let's, guys, agree. We need to agree substantially."
