In the evening, three schoolchildren were sitting near a shop on Ubarevich Street, eating chips and talking. A woman passing by started mimicking them. The children remarked to her that it was bad to eavesdrop on others, and one of the boys threw some chips to the pigeons. The woman, believing that he had thrown them at her, approached and hit the 10-year-old boy in the face. Afterwards, she tried to kick him as well, but missed. At the same time, the woman swore and threatened the child.
At home, the boy told his mother about the incident, and she contacted the police. The woman was found and a criminal case was initiated against her.
In court, she fully admitted her guilt, repented, and voluntarily paid compensation for moral damages to the victim.
The court found the woman guilty of hooliganism and sentenced her to a fine of 40 basic units (1800 rubles). She had no prior convictions, is officially unemployed, and has a third group disability.
Russian Investigative Committee named responsible persons and perpetrators who, according to its version, attacked a bus with Belarusian children near Bryansk
