US Vice President JD Vance urged Iran to behave like a normal country.
"We emphasize once again that if the Iranians behave like a normal country and if they make their country attractive for investment, then the Arab states of the Persian Gulf will decide, perhaps, to invest in this country, to invest in their infrastructure, to invest in their incredible resources. But I think it is important that not a single cent of this money comes from the United States, and for Iran to receive these benefits, it must show the Arab states of the Persian Gulf that it is once again behaving like a normal country.
