The 'tsar-pizza' was prepared by chef Arif Shamsiyev, and produced by Vawkavysk Meat Processing Plant. For this, the enterprise was awarded a certificate from the Book of Records of Belarus.
The preparation of the mega-pizza took place at the local festival «PROzharka pa-vawkavysku» (PRO-roast in Vawkavysk style), and many people gathered to watch the cooking process.

«The pizza was cooked in a specially made wood-fired brick oven. A special 6-meter baking sheet (tray) was made for cooking such a dish,» — said Kiryl Shymko.
The dish was named «Italian Pizza Vawkavysk-style».
Earlier, in February of this year, another edible record was recorded in Belarus — a three-meter giant pancake was baked in Baranovichi for Maslenitsa, which was also included in the Book of Records of Belarus.
