Authorities have drawn attention to the work of the homeowners' association and the managing organization "Happy Planet" in the elite Minsk complex "Minsk-World". The reason was an anomalous increase in dissatisfaction among residents of the multi-story buildings.
The crisis situation was discussed at a special meeting with the participation of the leadership of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the administration of the Oktyabrsky district, and the management of "Happy Planet". Statistics indicate a communal failure.
In 2025, the number of complaints from residents of "Minsk-World" increased by 125% compared to 2024. In 2026, the flow of claims, requests, and outraged videos on social networks continues to grow.
