Shortlist for "Chyrvony Veras" film critics' award announced

In 2026, awards will be presented in 15 categories. The jury, comprising 20 film critics, film journalists, and film researchers, evaluated films from 2023 and 2024.

A total of 60 films were considered – these include full-length and short-length fiction, documentary, and animated films created by Belarusians. Documentary reports are being considered separately this time.

Two of the nominations – "Best Documentary Report" and "Best Editing" – appeared for the first time in this season of the film awards. Some films participate anonymously.
