The final Grand Slam tournament of the season, US Open 2026, continues in New York. The world's No. 1 player, Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka, continues her successful run in the women's singles draw.

In the quarterfinals, Sabalenka defeated the world's No. 6 player from the Czech Republic, Linda Nosková, in a tense three-set match – 7:6 (7:1), 3:6, 7:6 (10:7). The encounter lasted 2 hours and 22 minutes.
In the semifinals, the Belarusian will face the winner of the American clash between Jessica Pegula, ranked third in the world, and Emma Navarro, who is in 27th position.
This year's US Open will continue until September 13. Aryna Sabalenka was the champion of the tournament in New York in 2024 and 2025.
