In the last elections 5 years ago, the ruling Russian party had 49.82%

The Russian Central Election Commission has published the first results of vote counting in the State Duma elections. After processing 13.88% of protocols, "United Russia" has 57.54%.
In second place is the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) with 13.67%, and in third place is the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) with 9.27%.
Provisionally, two more pseudo-opposition parties also enter the State Duma: "New People" (7.96%) and "A Just Russia" (5.16%).
In 2021, "United Russia" had 49.82% according to official counts.
The State Duma elections took place amid limited political competition, as well as the fifth year of war, when Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries caused fuel shortages, the range of Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes grows daily, and the Russian army is in a deep crisis.
Most candidates who openly opposed the war in Ukraine were not allowed to participate in the elections. In August, the Supreme Court of Russia cancelled the registration of the federal list of "Yabloko" — the only registered party that openly opposed the war.
Russia also did not invite independent international observers.
