For the construction of this building, one of the most massive monolithic foundations in the history of Belarusian construction was made. The building's foundation is truly unique. The stability of the structure is ensured by 483 bored piles, 80 cm in diameter, extending 35 meters into the ground. On top of them, a gigantic foundation slab, 3.5 meters thick, is poured.
It is expected that by the end of the year, the object will appear in a practically completed state. It will have one notable feature: two large hatches are provided on the inclined roof, from which two special cranes will emerge. Their main purpose is to service the facade, including changing its elements, writes the publication Realt.by.
Inside the skyscraper, the office of "Gazprom Transgaz Belarus" company will be located, and a restaurant will open on the upper levels. Other structures of the multifunctional complex will house office premises, a hotel, a medical rehabilitation center, and retail facilities. A parking lot is also provided, capable of accommodating all objects under construction.
