Minsk resident invents a way to regularly use car-sharing "Teslas" for free
The security service of one of the capital's car-sharing companies contacted the police, reporting the illegal use of their electric vehicle. Law enforcement quickly identified the suspect — he turned out to be a 38-year-old head of department at one of Minsk's enterprises.

It was found that the man regularly used car-sharing and preferred Tesla vehicles. When he encountered financial difficulties, he decided to use his programming knowledge to continue driving without payment.
With the help of special manipulations through a mobile application, he gained access to the electric car and could use it without money being debited. During one such trip, he even drove a Tesla to his parents in the Maladzyechna district.
According to law enforcement, the man did this repeatedly and with different cars. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident.
