The apartment is located literally on the roof of an 11-story building. This is one of three houses, built in the late 1990s, which are popularly known as "houses with blue roofs." In their time, they were considered almost elite.

These houses are called "with blue roofs" because they have blue roof sections and special birdhouses.

The apartment is for sale in one of these three "birdhouses".

"From the terrace, the entire city is visible, and on a clear day, you can see the Polish and Lithuanian borders," states the object description.
