Excellent Four-Room Apartment for Sale in the Club House on Yazminava Street

The quarter on Yazminava Street in Minsk is one of the most prestigious areas of the capital with low-rise buildings, closed courtyards next to the Slepianka water system. Now you can buy a four-room apartment with an area of 172.5 square meters there.

Just a decade and a half ago, goats and cows grazed on the site of the current elite development between the forest and the Slepianka water system. The situation changed in the early 2010s, when the "Tapas" company erected the residential complexes "Yazminavaya-1" and "Yazminavaya-2" here.

However, in the first years, residents of the area lacked the usual urban infrastructure. The construction of the neighboring "Mayak Minska" quarter solved this problem.

Now there is everything for life nearby: from schools and kindergartens to shopping centers Dana Mall and "Alexandrov Passage". The "Uskhod" (Vostok) metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. At the same time, the quarter itself has retained its seclusion, being located near the forest and the Slepianka stream.

It is in this quarter that a buyer is now being sought for a four-room apartment in the house on Yazminava Street, 2B. Its area is 172.5 square meters. Ceiling height is 3 meters.

The apartment is described by the Realt.by website; it is located on the third floor of a six-story building constructed in 2010. There are only two apartments on each floor, which provides additional privacy. The house is frame-block, with a closed territory and a video surveillance system.

According to the plan, the apartment has four living rooms with a total area of 114.5 square meters and a separate kitchen of 16.5 square meters. However, the owners opted to remove some partitions, so the kitchen is effectively combined with the living room and dining area. As a result, the apartment's center became an open common space of more than 60 square meters.

Particular attention is drawn to the semicircular bay window part of the living room, which makes the space brighter and visually enlarges it. The windows offer views of the green area and the National Library.

Only one bathroom, with an area of 8 square meters, is indicated on the published plan.

However, the photos show at least two separate bathrooms: one with a shower cabin, the other with a bathtub and a shower.

The apartment also has separate laundry and dressing rooms, which are not shown in this form on the plan.

The interior is decorated in a classic style. The apartment features a lot of decorative stucco molding, massive cornices, crystal chandeliers, and furniture with light facades.

The kitchen is designed in a classic style with milled facades and decorative gold-colored elements.

The interior is built on the contrast of light and dark shades. Light wallpaper with botanical patterns, classic furniture, and heavy curtains are combined with dark wood-effect flooring.

The children's room is decorated in a calmer pastel palette.

The apartment has a master bedroom with access to a loggia and two other separate bedrooms.

The description also mentions a separate storage room in the basement.

The apartment is priced at 2.175 million rubles (about 775 thousand dollars), which corresponds to approximately 4494 dollars per square meter. However, the final amount may be lower: the seller notes that they are ready to negotiate.
