To improve road safety and prevent possible accidents, the traffic organization for freight transport has been changed on the outer ring of the Minsk Ring Road, reports the "Minsk-News" agency.

Trucks weighing more than 3.5 tons are now prohibited from occupying the second and third lanes on the section from Lieutenant Kizhavatov Street to Svislachskaya Street, as well as from Dauginauski Trakt to Pobediteley Avenue.
Drivers are warned about the restriction by road signs 3.4 "No trucks allowed". Additionally, corresponding road markings have been applied on the second and third lanes of the Minsk Ring Road.

The State Traffic Inspectorate asks road users to take into account the new restrictions when choosing their route.
