On the "Belyurzabespechenie" auction platform, the lot is listed with a 20% discount. The complex was previously attempted to be sold on May 15, but the auction did not take place due to a lack of buyers, writes Office Life.

At that time, the object's price was set at over 23.195 million rubles (over $8.2 million at the National Bank exchange rate at that time). Now it has been reduced by 20% — the auction starts from 18,556,041.81 rubles (about $6.7 million). Bidding is scheduled for June 17, 2026. Applications will be accepted until 16:00 on June 16.
The ski resort was already attempted to be sold in 2023. At that time, almost $24 million was asked for it.
The buyer will acquire a large property: the list includes over 700 items. Among them are hotels, hangars, a bath complex, equipment and machinery, mobile restrooms, and even trees.
For the new owner, there is a mandatory condition — the profile of the complex cannot be changed. It will be necessary to maintain the intended purpose of the territory and the objects located on it.
Also, the complex must remain accessible to all categories of citizens.
The closure of the "Logoisk" ski resort near Minsk was announced on March 31.
