Now it has been reduced by 20% — the auction starts from 18,556,041.81 rubles (about $6.7 million). Bidding is scheduled for June 17, 2026. Applications will be accepted until 16:00 on June 16.
The ski resort was already attempted to be sold in 2023. At that time, almost $24 million was asked for it.
The buyer will acquire a large property: the list includes over 700 items. Among them are hotels, hangars, a bath complex, equipment and machinery, mobile restrooms, and even trees.
For the new owner, there is a mandatory condition — the profile of the complex cannot be changed. It will be necessary to maintain the intended purpose of the territory and the objects located on it.
