Unusual premises with an exclusive ready-made business — an exhibition of live exotic butterflies from around the world — has been put up for sale in the capital.
The exhibition, where live tropical butterflies can be seen all year round, is located in the "Promenade" shopping center on Kiryla Turauski Street, 16, writes Realt.by.
This is next to the "Mayak Minska" residential complex, the National Library, Uskhod metro station, and the "Dana Mall" multifunctional complex.
The commercial premises are located on the ground floor of the building and occupy 46 square meters. It has all amenities (heating, electricity supply, etc.), furniture, a computer network, alarm system, and video surveillance.
The advertisement states that the premises are organized for year-round exhibitions of live exotic butterflies of unusual colors and sizes from all corners of the world. Visitors can observe the most interesting moments of the butterfly's life cycle: birth from a chrysalis, feeding, and also take unforgettable photos and videos. By the way, the species composition of the exhibition changes by 25-40% weekly.
