A cabinet for free book exchange appeared on one of Pinsk's streets PHOTO FACT
A bookcrossing point has appeared in Pinsk — a special cabinet where you can take a book for free or leave your own. Local resident Tatsiana spoke about the new initiative in Threads, reported by Blizko.by.

The cabinet was placed on Ilina street, next to the OilService express point, not far from house No. 2A. The structure resembles a small telephone booth: it has transparent walls with drawings, glass doors, and a shelf with books. The wall opposite the door is decorated with tulle and artificial flowers on the outside. On the roof there is an inscription "Local Books".

Anyone can use this point. You can choose a book you like and take it home. You can also bring your own books that you no longer need, so that others can use them.

Similar bookcrossing points already exist in various cities of Belarus, including Minsk. One of them, for example, is located in a square on Gamarnika Street and is dedicated to the writer Ivan Melezh.
