"13,000 BYN in 40 days." A Belarusian combine harvester operator spoke about his earnings
Belarusian Ihar spoke about his earnings and the specifics of his work on Threads — a video with him was posted by his wife, who also asked him questions. The man worked 40 days without days off, and it was very difficult for him, writes Myfin.by.

In the video, Ihar said that he threshed around 3000 tons of grain:
— Was it difficult for you?
— Yes, it was very difficult.
The man said that by the end of the harvest, he came home without strength: he came, washed, ate — and went to sleep. The workday usually started at 6 AM; if it rained, it would be closer to 8 AM.
— How many days off did you actually have in 40 days?
— Not a single one.
At the same time, a Belarusian with a classic five-day workweek would have 16 days off for approximately 40 working days (2 months).
Ihar's wife asked what he thought about the opinion that working on a combine harvester is not difficult: "Just drive — that's all." The man replied that he disagreed with such words, as his work involves constant tension due to continuous process control.
Ihar noted that working in the field on a combine harvester for 40 consecutive days does not guarantee earnings of 13,000 BYN, as he received: the earnings depend on how much grain the combine harvester operator threshed.
