Russia struck rescuers working at the scene of a shopping mall attack in Kryvyi Rih. The number of injured exceeded one hundred
Earlier, it was reported that on August 21, Russia carried out a drone attack on a shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih in broad daylight. But that was not all. According to Ukrainian authorities, the attack happened in two waves.

After the first strike, a fire broke out in the building, and about half an hour later, a second strike occurred. It hit the rescuers who were working at the scene.

"A completely cynical and vile strike was carried out by the Russians on an ordinary shopping center in Kryvyi Rih. The attack drones operated in two waves: half an hour after the first hit and fire, there was a repeated strike on the rescue services. [...] Such strikes are simply an act of terrorism. And the world must react to them accordingly – with real pressure on the aggressor. For peace to exist, real accountability from Russia is needed," commented Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on this tragedy.

Currently, six deaths are known. There are also 103 injured, among them 11 children. 27 injured are in serious condition, including three children.
