Meghan Markle Might Return to Cinema: Duchess Negotiating Filming in Guy Ritchie's 'The Gentlemen'
Prince Harry's wife, Meghan Markle, might return to her acting career and star in Guy Ritchie's popular Netflix series 'The Gentlemen'. Negotiations are at an early stage, but if successful, this would be the Duchess of Sussex's first major role since her wedding in 2018.

Meghan Markle is negotiating filming in Guy Ritchie's crime-comedy series 'The Gentlemen', which airs on the Netflix streaming platform. According to the BBC, discussions about the project are still in the early stages, but if successful, it would be the Duchess of Sussex's first major and full-fledged role in cinema since her marriage to Prince Harry in 2018. Previously, she gained most recognition for her role as lawyer Rachel Zane in the series 'Suits', where she starred for seven seasons.
Meghan's return to new film work coincides with resonant news that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, after a long residence in the USA, have decided to return to the UK already in August.
After her May 2018 wedding, Meghan put her acting career on hold. In interviews at the time, she emphasized that she had given up acting without regret: "I don't perceive this as losing anything; I see a new chapter in this."
However, her return to cinema and relocation to Britain could now open new commercial prospects for her, including for promoting her own lifestyle brand, As Ever.
