John Cole is on a visit to Lithuania on Monday and has already met with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys, writes Radior.
The parties discussed the release of Belarusian political prisoners, the ongoing repressions, and Minsk's support for Russian aggression against Ukraine.
The issue of illegal migration and tunnels found under the Lithuanian-Belarusian border, which, according to Budrys, are used for smuggling migrants, was also discussed.
