"He plows, I'm beautiful." A collective farm in the Mozyr region entices workers with songs and dances VIDEO
The agricultural enterprise "Kozenski-Agro", located in the Mozyr district, is looking for employees. And since it's apparently difficult to attract them using conventional methods, the enterprise decided to act creatively.
The video, which appeared on the company's TikTok page, features a guy and three girls. The video was filmed on a farm with cows. The guy, wearing glasses and a white coat, transports some substance in a 25-kilogram package in a wheelbarrow and throws green fodder to the cows with a pitchfork. The girls in white polka-dot dresses are not working; instead, they are applying makeup and happily dancing. Towards the end of the video, the guy joins them in front of the cowshed.
Against the background of all this action, the song "Exponat" by Russian singer Mia Boyka plays.
