Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade found violations in all inspected DNS stores
The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus inspected 12 out of 16 stores of the Russian electronics chain DNS — and found violations in each of them. Among the main complaints were the absence or incomplete information about goods, the lack of price tags, and the failure to comply with the mandatory assortment.
Following the inspection, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade issued six recommendations and five orders prohibiting the sale of goods with expired shelf lives. Specifically, this refers to cartridges and black ink. In addition, goods without the necessary conformity certificates were found in the stores — among them refrigerators, washing machines, and freezers. The ministry will forward this information to the State Standard Committee.
From January to August 2026, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade inspected over 3.7 thousand retail outlets. As a result, more than 1.6 thousand recommendations and 480 orders prohibiting the sale of goods were issued. The total amount of fines in the trade sector exceeded 105.8 thousand rubles.
In terms of price control, violations were found in more than 220 economic entities. They were issued 112 orders to eliminate the violations. The total amount of fines was over 235.6 thousand rubles.
