A Belarusian who became an accidental witness to the horrific accident involving a minibus with Belarusian tourists in Georgia shared details of what he saw on Threads.
"Four ambulances and rescuers arrived when I was there, pulled out the children and gave them painkillers and water.
I personally examined the accident scene in detail, asked an acquaintance, a driver, and another witness to the accident. They said that the brakes overheated, became soft, and the bus rolled down a turn at high speed. The bus overturned, flew over the fence, and hit a tree hard with its roof.
The tree broke the bus in half, some people flew out through the windows into the abyss, and some people were severely crushed between each other by the bus broken in half, and they hung in blood, dying instantly.
Also, several people screamed in pain, they were crushed from above, rescuers pulled them out.
This happened almost at the very bottom of the road from Gomis Mta to Ozurgeti. And my friends and I, on the contrary, were climbing up there to photograph the sky from a height.

A road accident involving a minibus carrying Belarusian citizens occurred on August 12 in the Georgian region of Guria.
There were 19 citizens of Belarus in the minibus. Four people died, and 15 sustained injuries of varying severity. Among the injured are six minors.
