A multifunctional complex has been almost completed in "Minsk World"
It is built in the southeastern part of the quarter. This is a multifunctional facility – a parking garage with integrated administrative and commercial premises, Denis Vikhrenko, First Deputy Head of the Oktyabrsky District Administration, told Minsk-News.

— The quarter is bounded by the Southern thoroughfare, Leon Shchemelyov and Igor Luchenok streets, — D. Vikhrenko noted. — The appearance of the complex is designed to partially solve the problem of a shortage of parking spaces in the area, as well as to create additional infrastructure for small businesses and trade.
The complex consists of three blocks located along the Southern thoroughfare: block A — three floors, a basement floor, and an exploited roof; block B — two floors and a basement floor; block C — three floors with an exploited roof.
The difference in the height of the blocks is due to the natural terrain of the area.
Thus, the parking garage will consist of 955 parking spaces, administrative and commercial premises are located in all three blocks.
The new complex will house a law enforcement support point of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs.
The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for August this year.
