Clever Mogilev Resident Transferred Apartments to Relatives to Avoid Repaying Debt
Four years ago, a resident of Mogilev was found guilty of official forgery and negligence. The court ordered him to pay 500 thousand rubles to the company. Money was withheld from his salary and pension, but the debt decreased very slowly.
As it turned out, the man concealed property jointly acquired with his wife, the Mogilev Region Prosecutor's Office reported.
In another apartment, already in Mogilev, he allocated shares to other family members, and then alienated them in favor of his son, who became the sole owner of the dwelling.
As a result, the debtor was left with no real estate. However, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to declare these transactions invalid, and the court granted it.
Now the apartments will be taken into account by bailiffs as part of the compulsory execution of the court decision.
