Valiantsina Navumava was found guilty on 11 articles of the Criminal Code.

The final hearing in the case of Hrodna resident Valiantsina Navumava took place on July 24. As a result, judge Mikalai Rachynski sentenced her to 7 years of imprisonment in a penal colony. This was exactly what the prosecutor requested, writes "Hrodna Human Rights Defenders".
Navumava was found guilty under 11 articles of the Criminal Code:
- article 16, part 6 (complicity in a crime)
- 130, part 1 (inciting other social hatred)
- 130, part 3 (actions provided for in parts 1 or 2 of the article, committed by a group of persons)
- 188 (defamation)
- 203-1, part 3 (violation of privacy of correspondence, telephone conversations)
- 361-4, parts 1 and 2 (abetting extremist activity, the same actions committed repeatedly)
- 367, part 2 (defamation against Lukashenka)
- 368, part 1 (insulting Lukashenka)
- 369 (insulting a government official)
- 370 (desecration of state symbols)
- 391 (contempt of judge).
Valiantsina Navumava was a long-time member of the left-wing party "Fair World". In 2017, she was fined 15 base units in an administrative case for participating in the "parasite" protests.
The woman was detained on September 5, 2025, and placed in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Grodno. Initially, part 2 of article 367 (defamation against Lukashenka) was featured in the case.
However, on February 27, 2026, new charges were brought under articles of the Criminal Code.
