Former Salihorsk head, who barely escaped prison, makes a career in the Minsk City Executive Committee system
47-year-old Aleh Paskrobka headed a new state organization — the Settlement and Information Center of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

The newly created enterprise "Settlement and Information Center of the Minsk City Executive Committee" was headed by 47-year-old official Aleh Paskrobka.
The Settlement and Information Center of the Minsk City Executive Committee appeared in June 2026, combining the Unified Settlement and Reference Center of Minsk (which Paskrobka previously managed) and the 115.bel service. The new organization calculates utility payments and registers citizens.
Aleh Paskrobka was born in 1979 in Pruzhany. He graduated from the Belarusian State Technological University. Paskrobka headed the Central District of Minsk, in 2015-2017 he was the first deputy minister of Housing and Communal Services, and then became the chairman of the Salihorsk District Executive Committee.
In June 2019, Paskrobka was detained for a corruption crime committed while working in the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services. A case was initiated for exceeding official authority, and the official himself was placed under house arrest.
As Belpol reported, Paskrobka was never convicted. The official admitted guilt and paid off a multiple amount in accordance with Article 88-1 of the Criminal Code of Belarus. In November 2020, the criminal case was closed.
