An Uzbek flew to work in Belarus but couldn't find a job here. He returned home with the help of diplomats and on crutches

Despite receiving an invitation from the Belarusian authorities to come and work, a migrant from Uzbekistan was unable to find employment in Minsk. The man had to be returned to his homeland through the embassy, reported the Dunyo news agency.

In the photo, a citizen of Uzbekistan with a diplomat at Minsk airport before departing for home. For some reason, the man is on crutches. The agency does not disclose the circumstances of this.

The citizen of Uzbekistan arrived in Belarus in July, but the person who promised him work simply disappeared and stopped responding.

After several days of fruitless attempts to find the employer, the foreigner was left in a foreign country without money.

The only salvation for the deceived migrant was to contact the Embassy of Uzbekistan. Diplomats, together with the Migration Agency, paid for his ticket home using funds from a special fund.

On July 24, the man was successfully returned to his homeland on a Belavia flight from Minsk to Tashkent. In the photo published by the agency, a citizen of Uzbekistan is with a diplomat at Minsk airport before departing for home. For some reason, the man is on crutches. What happened to the man in Belarus, the agency does not disclose.

Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Belarus on July 8-9.

As early as July 9, at a meeting with the Uzbek delegation, Alexander Lukashenka officially offered labor migrants to come to Belarus with their entire families. On the same day, the parties signed an intergovernmental agreement on "organized recruitment and employment," and by July 13, the first groups of workers began to arrive in the country.

Now, the first cases of dissatisfaction with working conditions in Belarus and even returns to Uzbekistan are already known.

Навінкі, по этим договоренностям наверное шлют в колхоз, а он наверное более легкую работу искал.

В Узбекистане кстати, дикая безработица среди молодежи, там бум рождаемости, население удвоилось за короткий срок, работы нет
