"Maybe we'll see each other somewhere": "Tyani-Tolkai" frontman goes to work as a taxi driver
The number of singers behind the wheel of taxis in Minsk is rapidly increasing. Now you can see not only Aliaksei Khliastov and his brother Andrei there, but also Pavel Klyshevsky, the frontman of the band "Tyani-Tolkai".

Pavel Klyshevsky shared changes in his life on Instagram: today is his first working day as a taxi driver. Two months ago, he admitted on social networks that he was considering the possibility of working as a taxi driver with a rented car and asked for experience sharing — whether it's realistic to earn money if you don't work with your own car.
Commentators then supported Pavel — many wrote warm words to the singer. Someone even shared a personal story: "The band of my youth. I took a girl to your concert in Brest. Had to get married. To this day, "And there are pies at home" is my ringtone."
And now, finally, Klyshevsky completed all the necessary documents and went on the line for the first time: "I'm a bit nervous, of course, but I'll try. Maybe we'll see each other somewhere. I'll keep you updated."
Recall: the band "Tyani-Tolkai" was blacklisted and can no longer earn money from their music. Despite this, the artists continued to gather in their studio and held streams for subscribers.
But they were deprived of this opportunity this year too. At the end of March, ZHEA, from whom the band had rented premises for 14 years, suddenly announced that it would not extend the lease. No clear reasons were given.
Previously, Klyshevsky tried to earn money in the catering industry. In 2023, he opened a bar, which he named after the band — "Tyani-Tolkai". But he only managed to work peacefully for four days — then the authorities closed the bar. First, the security forces hinted that the bar had allegedly ordered advertising from "extremists". Then the authorities published the official version — they accused the place of unsanitary conditions.
After that, "Tyani-Tolkai" eventually resumed operations — judging by Instagram, the bar existed until September 2025. Last year, the artist sold it. Klyshevsky decided to go into taxi driving because "you have to live somehow." He wrote in the comments that he heard that it's possible to earn 2,500 rubles monthly in a taxi.
Commentators support the singer. They say it's an interesting experience — and he can find many plots for new songs.
