"For this, one should be jailed." Lukashenka outraged by flax harvesting in his native Shklov region
Alyaksandr Lukashenka is inspecting the Shklov district. He is visiting the agricultural enterprise "Govyady-Agro," BelTA writes.

It was on this field that flax was cultivated this year, however, the quality of the harvesting of this crop leaves much to be desired.
"You wanted to show how not to work? For this, one should be jailed. Is this how flax is pulled? Disgusting. I didn't expect this from you (chairman of the Mahilyou Regional Executive Committee — NN). And to you (head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and assistant in the region — NN) I would advise to stop engaging in theory and start engaging in concrete matters. This is horror, a nightmare. We will sort it out. This should not be. Flax — did you harvest it here? You ruined it here," said Lukashenka.
Addressing the officials, he concluded: "This suggests that you are treading where the president is more often and closer to the road. And you don't visit the remote corners. If you dared to bring the president to this field, then the rest of yours are in an even more terrible state."
Lukashenka was informed about the situation at the enterprise. The head was recently changed here. There is only a request for several additional units of energy-intensive tractors and harvesters.
Lukashenka noted that it's not a problem to give a command for the supply of equipment, but the question is how this farm will pay for it with such work. "Buy it. But what will you buy for this flax? There is no elementary discipline here. If there is no technology, why provide tractors and harvesters?" he remarked.
