The abandoned ancient Tyundzyavitski manor in Haloshava village, Talachyn District, has been put up for sale on an electronic auction again. The initial price of the historical object is just one basic unit — 45 rubles.
The two-story brick building, covering an area of 621 square meters, was built in the classical style in 1897. The project was designed by the manor's owner himself, who was an engineer. The building is located on the lake shore and holds the status of a historical and cultural value.
A legend about the famous "Moscow treasure" is associated with this place. According to tradition, during the retreat of the French army in 1812, Napoleon's looted gold might have been hidden here.
During the Soviet era, a rural school operated in the manor house. However, since the late 1990s, the building has been vacant and is gradually deteriorating.
Despite the symbolic starting price, the future owner will immediately have to compensate for almost 4.8 thousand rubles in related expenses, connected with the organization of the auction and document preparation.
Within 30 days of acquisition, a protection obligation will need to be signed. The new owner must fully restore the historical object no later than three years.
A land plot of 0.77 hectares is transferred for free lease for 50 years. The complex may only be used for cultural and educational activities or agro-ecotourism.
Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until September 18. Electronic bidding on the "BUTB-Property" platform is scheduled for September 23.
This is not the first time this manor has been put up for auction sale. Previously, attempts to sell it unsuccessfully were made in January this year. And in 2021, it appeared on the list of objects designated for demolition.
