The old Tyundevitsky estate in the Tolochin district is up for sale.
In the Tolochin district, there have been repeated attempts to sell an old 19th-century estate. The two-story house near the lake is offered for a symbolic 42 rubles. The auction will take place in January on the "BUTB-Property" platform, writes Realt.by.
The estate is located in the village of Goloshevo, Tolochin district, practically in the center of the village, near Lake Glubokoye. The distance from Minsk is about 190 kilometers. The object has been put up for sale several times, but so far there have been no желающих to restore the historical buildings. Therefore, the estate is now being sold for only one base value.
The house was built in 1897 on the site of an old wooden building. It belonged to the Tyundevitsky family, who lived here for 20 years, and in 1917 they left for Poland. The house once housed a collection of portraits, porcelain and silver items.
During the war, a German garrison was stationed in the estate, after which there was a school for the deaf, a boarding school, and then an ordinary school. In recent decades, the building has stood empty.
The total area of the house is 621 square meters, the foundation is brick, the floors are wooden. The new owner will also be given a 50-year lease on a plot of 77 acres, which can be used, for example, for agro-ecotourism or cultural and educational projects.
If there are participants, the auction will take place on January 23, 2026. The starting price is 42 rubles. The winner of the auction will also have to pay for the preparation of documents, as well as for the auction, which may amount to several thousand rubles.
In addition to this estate, several other historical sites in the Vitebsk region can now be purchased on "BUTB-Property": for example, the former monastery of the Carmelites in Glubokoye, the Sushchinsky estate in Novoye Zhitiye, Ushachsky district, a forge in the village of Dvor-Nizgolovo, Beshenkovichsky district, the Svyatsky estate in the village of Polymya, Senno district, and others - at prices ranging from 42 to 210 rubles.
