During the shutdown of the "Ammonia-3" unit and the subsequent startup of the facility, flammable substances that are part of the process gas will be burned. This is stipulated by technological regulations and will occur at the flare stack.
Such operations can last several days. After their completion, the burning of process gas will cease.
The company assured that there is no threat to the city, the environment, residents, or employees.
