«From the Heart». Sochi Mayor Congratulated Parents on Son's Death in War
«From the heart. Congratulations. Many thanks to you for your son,» — said Andrey Proshunin.

Sochi Mayor Andrey Proshunin published on his Telegram channel a video of a meeting with the parents of Aiko Roganyan, a serviceman who died in Ukraine. He handed them the Order of Courage, which Vladimir Putin posthumously awarded to the serviceman, writes Moscow Times.
«The pain of loss, of course, cannot be undone by anything. But nevertheless, he deserved it,» — said Proshunin and presented the medal to the mother of the fallen serviceman.
After that, the head of the city shook hands with the serviceman's father and added: «From the heart. Congratulations. Many thanks to you for your son».
Proshunin also assured the parents of the fallen serviceman that his memory in Sochi would be preserved, just like «of all heroes who go to defend our homeland». In addition, the mayor promised the Roganyan family help and support, emphasizing: «We are always with you».
