The network of French bakeries and patisseries Brioche is ceasing operations of its bakery in Novaya Borovaya near Minsk. This was announced by the brand's founder Galina Korsak, writes the publication Office Life.

The last day of operation for the establishment on Leonardo da Vinci Street will be July 31. The bakery operated in a "neighborhood establishment" format and was opened seven years ago.
According to Galina Korsak, the decision to close was very difficult for her. She admitted that she had been preparing for this step morally for a long time, as she always becomes very attached to her projects and invests a lot of effort in them. The founder noted that the team loved this bakery very much and was proud of it, but the time has come to complete the project.
At the same time, the company continues its development. A new bakery is planned to open this autumn in the "Northern Shore" residential complex near the Tsnyanskoye Reservoir. This will be the first Brioche network franchise.
The first Brioche bakery appeared in Minsk 12 years ago on Storozhevskaya Street. Currently, the network also has a bakery on Tatarskaya Street and a bistro-restaurant on Pobediteley Avenue. The menu features French pastries, croissants, bread, cakes, tarts, candies, vegan desserts, as well as dishes for full breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
