According to preliminary data, his child was also among the group of children who were taken from the experimental field by Nikita Zezin to be handed over to their parents.
The attack on the scientist itself occurred near the institute building in Yekaterinburg. Parents who arrived at the scene immediately began beating the scientific staff. A few days after the beating, 68-year-old Nikita Zezin died of a heart attack. The investigation is now establishing the connection between the harm inflicted on the scientist and the cause of his death.
Meanwhile, the children's parents filed a counter-statement against the deceased, alleging that Zezin, along with an assistant, kidnapped the children and beat them.
