Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk commented on the beating of a Ukrainian couple in Wroclaw. The head of the Polish government addressed the country's president, Karol Nawrocki, demanding a response to what is happening: "I directly appeal to the president to stop being silent on this issue."
He reminded that Nawrocki previously called football fights "noble hand-to-hand combat," and added: "Let him now see what this 'noble combat' looks like."
According to the Polish Prime Minister, aggressive groups felt impunity due to patronage from politicians.
"Thugs, football hooligans — this pathology of violence — gained courage and impunity because they received political patronage," Tusk said.
He also addressed the leader of the Law and Justice party, Jarosław Kaczyński. "I appeal to Mr. Kaczyński to stop calling for the creation of fighting squads, as he did recently because he doesn't like the police. The police will have my full support in the fight against banditry and violence."
The head of the Polish government is convinced that such attacks harm Poland itself. "You are acting against Poland and in the interests of Russia, in the interests of nationalism. Both Polish and Ukrainian. There are no words," he said.
Tusk called on his fellow citizens not to remain indifferent and to report similar acts of aggression to law enforcement.

Ну, і хто там, прабачце, вякаў на мой адрас, калі я цьвердзіў па-сутнасьці тое самае ? А маўчыць Наўроцкі таму, што ён асабіста ўзьняў градус у грамадзтве, і я маю думаць, што не выпадкова. Ён тым самым адкрыў "шлюзы" розным адпаведным палітычным плыням ды рухам, ды проста даў адмашку групоўкам быдляку.
Спадару Туск будзе цяжка выпраўляць сітуацыю, бо працэс зайшоў даволі далёка і, падаецца, знаходзіцца на самым узьлёце... Цяпер шмат залежыць ад скаардынаванасьці й рашучасьці праваахоўных ворганаў.
