Motorcycle passenger, killed in accident near Brest, was literally torn apart
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus reported new details of the fatal accident that occurred on the evening of July 31 in Brest on the road towards the village of Telmy.

According to the ministry, the drivers of a Honda motorcycle and an Audi car staged a speed race on a busy street. As a result of dangerous maneuvers and significant speeding, the motorcycle collided with a Viper moped traveling in the same direction.
Three people died in the accident — the motorcycle driver, his passenger, and the moped driver. The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that due to the impact, the motorcycle passenger sustained injuries incompatible with life — her body was literally torn into several pieces.

The ministry also reported that over the past two days, six road accidents occurred in the Brest region, in which five people died and another five were injured.
Due to the difficult situation on the roads, Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Kubrakov ordered increased control in the region. Additional traffic police (GAI) crews, including motorcycle patrols from Gomel and Grodno regions, as well as officers of the special traffic police unit "Strela", have been dispatched to the Brest region.
In addition, due to the increase in serious accidents, the personnel of the State Automobile Inspectorate (GAI) throughout the country have been put on an enhanced duty regime.
