Quizzes begin to return to Grodno after mass cancellation of games. But not all of them
Quizzes have started to return to Grodno after their cancellation. The organizers of "Mozgobojnya" announced the holding of their games: meetings will take place on August 16 and 20. Other game organizers are currently silent, writes Hrodna.life.
The organizers of "Mozgobojnya" in Grodno announced their return to games.
The nearest game will take place on August 16. This is a "sub-type" of "Mozgobojnya" – "Tuts-Tuts Quiz" "Karaoke Hits" with Russian-language tracks. A classic game is already scheduled for August 20.
For another Grodno quiz, "Smoothie," the situation has not changed yet. The organizers, in comments on their Instagram account, report that all games until August 20 are cancelled, and registrations are suspended.
There is no new information yet from "Matryoshka" and "VSpomnit VSyo." The last posts from the organizers of these games appeared about two weeks ago.
The mass cancellation of games became known in early August. Intellectual entertainment games in Grodno were equated with mass events. Because of this, organizers need to obtain permission for their conduct.
One of the first to announce the cancellation was the Grodno quiz "VSpomnit VSyo." Soon after, other organizers – "Smoothie," "Mozgobojnya," "Guess the Tune," and "Matryoshka" – also reported the suspension of games.
Most games scheduled for August were cancelled. The decision to cancel the quizzes caused active discussion among Grodno residents. City residents wrote on social media that intellectual games were a good way for them to spend an evening, meet friends, and relax.
Permission to hold a mass event is issued by the local executive committee.
An application must be submitted 15 days before the event. The application must specify the details of the organizers, the goals and venue of the event, as well as the estimated number of participants.
If the event belongs to the category of cultural and entertainment, its organizer must be included in the register of the Ministry of Culture and have a touring certificate.
