Maksim Znak to Publish a New Book Next Month and is Writing Another Novel
Former political prisoner and lawyer Maksim Znak is currently in a creative residency in Salzburg (Austria).

He is working within the framework of the project "Practice of Care" (a long-term project by Mozarteum University, dedicated to the social responsibility of an art university beyond national borders).
In Salzburg, Maksim continues to work on restoring manuscripts stolen during his imprisonment.
"The book 'Colonists' is already finished and will be printed within the next month. It contains 72 stories from a correctional colony — like a continuation of 'Zekameron,' though the stories have become longer and perhaps deeper. Right now, I am working on the novel 'Prisoners of 'IF'' — despite the title, this book is not about prison, but about love and how we become prisoners of our own imaginations. I hope to restore this soon as well," Maksim said.
