Belarusian citizen Yulia Eliseeva was given 12 days of arrest for disobeying Russian traffic police officers.
The Belarusian woman was stopped in the village of Raykuzi, Lomonosov District, Leningrad Oblast, because she was driving a car without license plates.
Eliseeva refused to provide registration documents for the car and to go into the police service vehicle. As a result, she was forcibly detained.
The next day, the Belarusian woman was brought to court. She refused to give testimony and explained her behavior by stating that she is outside the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and earthly laws.
