Latushka called on Sabalenka to facilitate the release of political prisoners
"As a titled world athlete, she can appeal to Lukashenka and say: 'Release all women political prisoners who are in jails'," he wrote.

The Deputy Head of the United Transitional Cabinet publicly addressed the Belarusian tennis player on his Facebook page.
"I often thought about how to contact Aryna Sabalenka to convey my message to her, but it didn't work out, so I'm doing it publicly. Why don't I accept Aryna Sabalenka? Tennis, world sports — it's always luxury, it's always stars. The whole world knows them. Aryna Sabalenka is one of the outstanding Belarusian athletes. After Natasha Zvereva and Max Mirnyi, she has undoubtedly reached the pinnacles in tennis.
But I don't accept her, like many Belarusians — it's enough, for example, to look at the number of dislikes under articles about her... And I consider it important to convey why: she refuses to acknowledge the nightmare happening in the country, does not condemn the aggression against the neighboring country.
As a titled world athlete, she can appeal to Lukashenka and say: "Release all women political prisoners who are in jails."
Aryna, nothing will happen to you for this. You can do it. Do it. And Belarusians will appreciate you," Pavel Latushka wrote, publishing this post in Russian.
