Such discussions are currently circulating in the industry, although the bank itself has not officially announced anything yet.

There are rumors in the real estate sector that Belarusbank is planning to launch mortgage lending with unique conditions.
Real estate market expert Nikolai Tukin shared that this mortgage would be for buying new housing from a developer — at 1% for the first two years. After that, the rate would supposedly be 15%.
Another expert, Natalia Litovskaya, writes that, according to her information, Belarusbank is indeed preparing some offer, and the details will likely be known around the tenth of August.
Litovskaya believes that if citizens are indeed given the opportunity to build with a small interest rate, developers will raise prices, and the secondary market will lose half of its clients.
"If cheap credit is extended to secondary housing as well — hello, old 'babushki' apartments at $2500," the expert muses.
Belarusbank itself has not yet announced any plans regarding mortgages.
