The most expensive house in Belarus in June was bought for $630,000
A cottage in Borovlyany, near Minsk, was sold for $630,000 in June. It became the most expensive house sold in Belarus last month, Realt reports .
The property in question is a block cottage with an area of 215 sq. m. It was built five years ago. The mansion is located in an elite part of the village, bordering a forest.
The buyers paid $630,000 for it. The cost per square meter was $2930.
However, this is not the most expensive house in Borovlyany. About 40 cottages are currently listed for sale there. Among them are some costing from $1 million to $1.5 million.
In February, the most expensive house in Belarus was also purchased in this village. At that time, it was sold for $620,000.
In May, the most expensive house in Minsk was sold in "Olympic Park" in Lebyazhiy. It cost the buyer $1.8 million. And the most expensive apartment in Belarus was purchased in May for $690,000. It is located in the "Seasons" residential complex.
